Welcome to KOL Performance Tracker (“the Service”). The Service is provided by Nice Shopping Co., Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
The Service retrieves authorized Facebook Page and Instagram Professional Account data through the Meta Platform API. Examples include: post ID, link, published time, reactions/likes, comments, shares, saves, reach, impressions, and total engagement. These data are used for performance tracking, reporting, and internal analysis.
The Service is read-only.
It does not and cannot publish posts, change settings, run ads, read private messages, or perform any account management operations on your behalf.
You confirm that you have the legal right to authorize access to the specified Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional Accounts.
You agree to grant only the minimum required “view/insights” permissions via Meta Business settings or partner assignments. You may revoke access at any time.
The Service relies on third-party platforms (including Meta/Facebook/Instagram) and their APIs, policies, quotas, and availability. Changes, restrictions, or outages in these platforms may affect the Service. We are not responsible for delays or unavailability caused by third-party changes or interruptions.

You may not disclose, resell, or misuse exported data without legal rights.
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, reverse-engineer, conduct penetration testing, or engage in any activities that compromise the security and stability of the Service.
Use of the Service must comply with applicable laws and all relevant platform policies.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the Service’s stability. The Service may be suspended or limited for maintenance, security, updates, force majeure, or other reasonable causes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out in a separate order or agreement. In the absence of such agreement, access is considered a free trial with no express or implied warranties.
The Service’s software, documentation, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, adapt, or distribute them without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid in the previous billing cycle; if you are a free user, the cap is NT$0.
You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke access in Meta Business settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, platform policies, or applicable laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and take effect upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taipei District Court shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
